Can I inquire about just one machine?
Yes. Single-machine inquiries are welcome, alongside contractor, fleet and dealer requests. Tell us the quantity and any model mix you are considering so we can prepare a relevant quote.
What if I do not know which model or attachments to choose?
Describe the main job, access and ground conditions, and where the machine will be delivered. Include any tools you already use. Our team can help narrow the models and check attachment mounting, hydraulic requirements and operating limits.
What will the quotation include?
Ask for the selected model, power option, attachments, quantity, packing and agreed shipping scope to be itemized. Share your delivery location so we can explain which freight, clearance, duties, taxes, local delivery and unloading costs are included or remain your responsibility.
Where does the machine ship from, and how is delivery timing agreed?
Machines are supplied from China. The configuration, quantity, production readiness and shipping route affect timing. Request the estimated machine-ready date and transit time separately, with the delivery point and transport responsibilities listed in the quote.
How can I review the machine before shipment?
Our team checks the agreed configuration, working functions, accessories and packing before loading. Ask which current machine photos, function-check videos, specification sheets and packing details can be provided for the machine you choose.
What happens if I need parts or technical help?
Contact Nicosail with the model, configuration and serial information. We can help identify parts and discuss available manuals and remote technical support. Request written warranty terms, coverage, exclusions and responsibility for parts, labor and freight before ordering.
